By car

If you’re coming from the north, bear left off the M5 when you see signs for Tiverton Services, then take the first exit at the roundabout onto the A38. Continue for under half a mile till you come to another roundabout, take the first exit onto the A38 again then continue for around three quarters of a mile before turning left onto Broad Point. Carry on for half a mile then turn right. After another half a mile make a sharp left turn onto Brooks Hill, the postcode takes you to a farm just below Brookshill Farm called Five Fords Farm, keep going past here and then you will see Brookshill Farm on your right.

By train

Tiverton Parkway Station is five-minute taxi ride away. Taxis run out of station on a regular basis or, for a cost of just £10, Stewart or one of the family can collect you. The main coach stations are Taunton and Exeter, both operate a bus route to Uffculme from where you can also be collected.
